You apply
Submit the application form. No payment is taken at this stage — it's an expression of interest, not a booking.

Applications close
We're currently accepting applications for the founding weekend. Once we've got enough interest to fill the group, we close the application window.

We reach out
We personally contact every applicant for a quick chat and to complete our guest checks — this is how we keep the group genuine and balanced.

We offer places
Based on those checks and the 50/50 balance we need, we confirm your place and arrange payment — or let you know if we can't offer a spot this time.

Are there still spots left?
We're in the application phase, so nothing is confirmed on either side yet. Applying doesn't guarantee a place — but it does mean you're in the running once we start confirming guests. We keep the group to a strict 6 men, 6 women, so exact availability depends on how the mix of applicants looks when applications close.
When will I hear back?
Once applications close, we personally reach out to every applicant, usually within a few weeks. If you're approved, we'll confirm your place and arrange payment then — nothing is taken upfront.
Does applying guarantee my place?
No. Applying puts you in the pool for consideration. Every applicant is screened through a brief call and an identification check to keep the group genuine — we then look at how to keep numbers balanced 50/50. Places are offered after that process, not automatically on application.
What happens if I'm not offered a place?
If we can't offer you a spot for this event — for example if one gender fills faster than the other — we'll let you know directly and, where relevant, let you know about future weekends.
Do I need to pay anything to apply?
No. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Payment is only arranged after your place is confirmed.
What's the cost once I'm confirmed?
$950 per person, whether you choose a private queen or private twin room. This covers your accommodation, two dinners and brunch. See The Venue for details.
What if the event doesn't reach a full 6/6 split?
If we can't reach the minimum number of either gender, the event won't proceed, and every guest who has already paid receives a refund, less any non-refundable costs we've already incurred on your behalf (such as identity verification and booking costs) — full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
