1. You apply. Submit the form — no payment required.
2. Applications close. We're currently accepting applications for the founding weekend. Once the application window closes, we stop taking new sign-ups.
3. We reach out. We'll personally contact every applicant to have a quick chat and complete our guest checks.
4. We offer places. Based on those checks and the group balance we need, we'll confirm — or let you know if we can't offer a place this time. Only confirmed guests arrange payment.
Every guest goes through the same simple check before a place is confirmed:
That's it — no formal background or police checks. We find a real conversation tells us far more about whether someone's a good fit for the weekend than paperwork does.
Full refund if we can't fill both sides. We are committed to a strict 50/50 gender balance — 8 men and 8 women. If we cannot reach the minimum number of either gender, the event will not proceed and every guest who has paid will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Every room is private — $850 either way. Queen rooms are limited (11 of 16), so let us know your preference and we'll confirm what's available with your place.
